The purpose of this training is to provide guidance in the implementation of internal and external quality assurance systems with relevant elements of transversal nature and that belong to the university institution as a whole. The training will take place in the University of Nis, Serbia on 23rd and 24th of May.
Special attention will be paid to the EFQM Excellence Model, which is the best known and used European management model both by private and public enterprises. Theoretical learning will be provided of the 9 criteria and on the 12 fundamental concepts underpinning the model. Information will be provided on how to practically implement the EFQM model in a university and in a university service; an example of successful case study and information on the use and implementation of the EFQM model at EU university partners.
