Help - Instructions
The CUBRIK project website is designed to offer several services to its users. In order to use those services, you must register into the website first.
Please, read the following instructions in order to proceed with both actions.
- Registering as a user
- Joining our expert database
- Contacting an expert
- Modifying your personal data and signing out

1. Registering as a user
In order to use the CUBRIK website services for experts you need to register first. You can register into the CUBRIK website using this registration form. You can see a snapshoot below.
Please, enter the username you want to use as identification, your e-mail address, a password (and retype it), your first and last name and organisation as mandatory fields. You can enter more optional fields as your position, country, phone and fax numbers.
When you have sent this form, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link. You will be successfully registered once you confirm by clicking in this link.
2. Joining our expert database
The CUBRIK website presents a list of experts in several knowledge areas. You can enter information about your expertise that will be evaluated by CUBRIK staff and published on the website if deemed appropriate.
In order to enter your expertise, you have enter the users' area by entering your username and password (there you can also order an username/password reminder).
Once you have entered the users' area, you can go to "My Expertise" and uploading your CV in a file.
You will be able to correct or update this information by the same procedure.
3. Contacting an expert
In the CUBRIK website you can find a list of experts in the following areas of expertise:
In these lists you can find information on each expert. In order to get in contact with a particular expert, you have to register into the CUBRIK website first. Once registered, you have enter the users' area by entering your username and password (there you can also order an username/password reminder).
Once you have entered the users' area, you can go to "Contact an expert" and fill in the message you want to send. Further communications will be directly with each other.
4. Modifying your personal data and signing out.
If you registered into the CUBRIK website, you can modify or remove your personal data.
In order to modify your personal data you have to enter the users' area by entering your username and password (there you can also order a username/password reminder). Once you have entered the users' area, you can go to "My Account", modify any of the fields and then save.
In the same "My Account" option there are separate links to modify password and sign out.
